Benjamin Tarp

Benjamin Tarp is a Danish photographer whose work is rooted in visual storytelling, exploring the depth of human connection and the subtle narratives hidden within everyday moments. Formerly a picture editor at Vogue Scandinavia, Benjamin brings an editorial sensibility to his photography, balancing refined composition with raw emotion.

Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Visual & Photographic Communications, and with a background steeped in art and history, Benjamin approaches his craft with both intellectual curiosity and an instinct for the magical. His images often reveal more than one dimension, inviting viewers to feel what he feels during the creative process—whether it’s quiet intimacy, bold energy, or fleeting beauty.

His client list reflects this versatile approach, spanning fashion, design, and editorial work. Collaborations include Vogue, Zalando, Kinfolk, The New York Times, Cecilie Bahnsen, NA-KD, Mark Kenly Domino Tan, Fritz Hansen, Arne Jacobsen Design, Condé Nast, A. Kjærbede, Woodbird, Politiken, Oour, Lucky Lo, Maem, and House of Haydn.

A believer in all things magical, Benjamin’s photography is more than just imagery – it’s an invitation to look closer and feel deeper.
