Signe Birck is a Danish-born photographer based in both Brooklyn and Copenhagen. She specialises in food, lifestyle, and interiors. Her work blends the refined minimalism of Scandinavian aesthetics with the bold, dynamic energy of New York City.
With nearly two decades of professional experience, Signe’s creative journey began with an apprenticeship which combines hands-on studio work with university-level courses in photography and post-production. She honed her craft in Copenhagen’s fast-paced commercial studios, producing high-volume content for food and lifestyle brands, before relocating to NYC in 2012.
Since then, Signe has collaborated with countless top chefs, restaurants, and publications, capturing everything from vibrant food photography to travel stories. Recently, she’s rekindled her passion for interiors – returning to her roots while expanding into portraiture, still life, and conceptual projects, all marked by her signature attention to detail and thoughtful composition.
